At Made by Ares, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at support@madebyares.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days.
