Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for unused, unworn and unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, underwear (briefs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty. This ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.
Activewear tops (such as the Ares Eclipse Vest, Obsidian Tee, Hydra Tee) may be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the unused condition above.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return so our team can assist you quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour, please email us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Underwear cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs.
We will resolve this as a priority.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Items without original packaging, tags or hygiene seals
Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
